  - add legacy, v0, and SIMD-0385 V1 transaction support
  - expand native, SPL, Token-2022, RPC, and PubSub parity
  - add typed Ed25519 and BLS12-381 workflows
  - harden wire decoding, signing, transport, and malformed-input handling
  - add Rust provenance, Solnet comparison, package validation, and AOT release gates

  BREAKING CHANGE: RPC models now use exact unsigned widths and closed unions,
  DataSlice uses ulong, and ambiguous blockhash overload calls require an explicit
  string or Hash. Consumers compiled against 1.x must be recompiled.
